Alfredo
Suarez
is
the
founder
and
President
of
ALGON
CORPORATION.
He
completed his education at the University of Michigan where he received
his
degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering with emphasis in
Logistics and
Material Management. Alfredo is a very persistent, and charismatic person. He is dedicated to create
an enjoyable and respectful job environment for his employees. Alfredo
is also committed to provide his clients with superios service and is
motivated to take ALGON CORPORATION to the next level.
Alfredo worked as Production Planning and
Inventory Control Manager
at ABBOTT LABORATORIES and later as Logistic and Material Manager at
STERLING
DRUGS INTERNATIONAL. At these multinational laboratories, he
accumulated eight
years of experience focusing on Logistics and Purchasing, which
made him
knowledgeable in these areas in the pharmaceutical arena.
In
1989, Alfredo combined his educational background, his work experience
and his
entrepreneurial spirit and founded what we know today as ALGON
CORPORATION:

Maria
Elvira
Suarez
is
the
co-founder
of
the
company
and
has
worked
closely
with
her
husband,
Alfredo,
in
an
integral partnership on the creation and development of
their company:ALGON
CORPORATION.
She
graduated in Computer and System Analysis from Michigan Technical
Institute. She is a self-made professional
through
her work experience and accreditations in Management and Personnel
Development.
Maria
Elvira is currently co-responsible for the financial decisions of the
company
as well as the driving force of our best resources, our employees. One
of her main goals is to keep ALGON'S personnel well motivated, to
provide adequate job benefits. Maria Elvira is resposible for creating
and maintaining an ambience of respect, friendship and team-work. One
of Maria Elvira's
best
contributions is her extraordinary passion for the business growth.
Eduardo Suarez-Troconis graduated in Business
Administration in Venezuela. Formerly, he worked
for five
years as the Personnel Manager of an American fast-food company.
Eduardo
has been part of this firm for the last 18 years. During this time
he has
accumulated an impressive knowledge of the pharmaceutical and chemical
industries. Eduardo oversees the Chemical Sales Division, having under
his
supervision the complete operation of ALGON CORPORATION'S
pharmaceutical and chemical
businesses.
He is a very structured and diligent person.
His knowledge of the
industry
combined with his dedication and leadership abilities makes him one
of
ALGON’s most important assets. Eduaro has proven himself to be a key
